Bonjour hi Montréal

After a crazy summer in Hawaii and California, we moved back to Montreal! Our return was full of old friends, kitties, walks in new neighborhoods, and discovering new parks.

We got out and about more that we ever have and running helped a lot. We particularly tried to explore the mile ex (as this was our intermediary home) and east of park la fontaine (where we ultimately ended up moving!). We got to see Montreal turn from summer to fall.

We also explored more new neighborhoods than we had in the 4 years we’d previously spent in the city… mostly through food & drink & gelato

Gelato was honestly a big element of our August / September

we snuck a climbing trip in before kisa left to Europe

and tried out two new gyms in the city

and had a few celebrations.

After starting our biking career in Cambodia (lol) buying bikes was a priority when we got to Montreal. We relished in the separated bike lanes and got out of the city for a few biking excursions!

and went on a bike adventure outside of the city to Saint Jean Baptiste where we got some delicious cider + big pizzas +yummy breakfast and sore bums.

We moved… twice…

We also got away to Toronto which was absolutely wonderful – we love our friends and we were lucky enough to attend Tobi and Trish’s wedding! (and met a wonderful corgi :o)

And I leave you with way too many kitty pictures courtesy of Raphaelle including kitty cuddles, kitty walks, kitties in the garden, and chubby kitties.
